Coworking space membership guidelines template

Hello, Garrett here. I own and operate a space in Charlotte, NC called Hygge Coworking.

Alright, this is a common question I get.

“Do you guys have any boiler plate terms and conditions? I know I have some specific things I need/want to call out, but looking around for a template to build from.”

Glad you asked. I do, and here are Hygge’s guidelines. This is a living document. We are constantly updating and adding verbiage to accommodate changes in the way people use and we manage the space.

If I had one quick recommendation it would be to err on the side of caution and just put a rule/guideline. It’s much easier to back away from a rule then enforce it when you never stated it’s existence.
